Nia Simone, Oh No, Not Me

NIA SIMONE

Nia Simone is a native of Dallas, TX.  She is pushing full speed ahead since her win at the Revolt Summit 2021 "Be Heard" Talent Competition.  Nia stunned the attendees with her powerhouse sound that surprised and wowed the audience and celebrity judges.  Celebrity judge/rapper, Rapsody, was blown away and gave her a standing ovation then stated, "Wow.  Wow girl, you're a superstar."  In a move that made the moment even more astounding, God Is Dope Founder, Sharod Simpson, came out and gifted her an additional monetary gift to invest in her career.

Nia currently attends Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA.  She began performing at the tender age of five years old.  She realized her talent at a very young age and put her all into developing her gift as a performer.  She was accepted into one of the top performing arts schools in the country, Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, where she trained in a variety of music genres, including classical, gospel and rhythm and blues.

Nia Simone's beautiful vocal tone and style captivates audiences.  Her powerful vocals have attracted attention from the West Coast of California to the East Coast of Atlanta.  Nia Simone is a sought out performer and has been the highlighted talent for events and shows throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex and beyond.  Other noted performance platforms include her being selected as one of five finalists to perform at the renowned Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, California; Good Morning Texas; sang the National Anthem at the Texas Rangers game; and she was a regular ensemble performer at the Dallas House of Blues Gospel Sunday Brunch.  

Nia Simone is excited to be releasing her first single.  She is currently working on an EP and seeking out opportunities to share her talent with others.  Stay on the lookout because the best is yet to come for this up and coming super star.
